TURQUOISE & A SNAKE | OOTD

I have less than a month left, until I have to say goodbye to summer.
Therefore, it is appropriate for me to share a few more summery outfit post(s) with you, isn't it?
I love everything about the summer, apart from when the weather gets stupidly hot!
I'm lucky when it comes to tanning as well, probably because I was originally quite tanned.  So I don't really need to sunbathe to turn dark.
Anyway, during my time at Phuket, me and my family stayed at an beautiful resort, Twinpalms where we have booked a luxurious penthouse for the weekend.  I thought it would be a lovely idea to shoot this holiday outfit around the resort.  I had other guests starring at me, as well as trying their hardest to get in my photos. They probably knew I was 'keen', as I enjoyed posing in front of the camera!

Summer Holiday 2013 - THAILAND!

22:21 B 12 Comments

Hello! Or if you would like to have a go at basic Thai
then you would have to say 'sawasdee; pronounced as sa-wad-dee', which means hello!
I know that quite a lot of you are looking forward to this post, so here it is,
a little sneak peek of my summer holiday in Thailand!
I went to quite a lot of places (mainly amazing restaurants, haha) including Phuket (located south of Thailand), which is very famous for beautiful white sandy beaches, breathtaking islands, clear blue sea and perfect scenery.  Although, my trip to Phuket this year wasn't as perfect as many years ago, as me and my family went during the damn-heavy-rain season.  So our plan of going out to the sea on big boat to 'Phi-Phi Island' and other islands were washed down the drain.  But I've managed to splash around in our private penthouses salted swimming pools, so at least I felt like I was at the beach!
I still had an amazing time there, as I was out eating (a lot), shopping, and all sorts in Bangkok.  I promise that I'd upload some more posts of where I've been in Thailand in the near future!  It will be exciting to show you some food and places you might not have been to, seen or heard of before! :)
BRB, I'm going on a diet!
See you on the next post!

GEOMETRIC GOLD AND A BLUE CANDY | OOTD

11:30 B 29 Comments

I apologies for not wearing heels with this outfit, even though I really wanted to!
But, I must admit that walking all day, plus jumping on and off the trams around Milan were tiring.
This outfit has been thrown on in about five minutes, as I had to rush back to my apartment, got changed and went straight back out.  At least I made an effort with my bright red lips though!
Since it was a social/last gathering evening with some friends, I decided that this geometric patterned gold skirt from Topshop will do the job.  It has that shiny, metallic feel to it, which I think is very modern.  And last but not least, a very up-to-date trend of 'see-through or clear accessories' such as this gorgeous candy handbag by Furla.  I absolutely love the denim touch to it as well!  Although, it's a little bit see-through, but not so much that people can see what you have in your handbag!
(unless you desperately need to look very closely at someone's belonging)
IN THIS OUTFIT:
HANDBAG - FURLA
SKIRT - TOPSHOP
VEST (WITH SLITTED BACK) - ZARA
WATCH - MICHAEL KORS
NECKLACE - PRIMARK
BRACELET - TOPSHOP
SUNGLASSES - PRIMARK
SHOES (WITH GOLD STUDS) - PRIMARK
Have a wonderful day,

WHITE WITH A BIT OF GOLD | OOTD

04:47 B 16 Comments

HELLO!
I'm currently sitting in the lounge at the airport, as I'm finally flying back home to the UK this afternoon from Thailand!  I thought I'd make a quick update of one of the outfit that I worn a few weeks ago, when I was in Milan.
I'm really into white these days, and because Milan was really hot, I decided to break through the Italian-heat by wearing all white. How angelic, haha.
The architects in Milan were so beautiful, and I knew that at night time, the Duomo area will lit up like heaven, so I threw on my every-day gold accessories to blend in with the amazing city.
IN THIS OUTFIT:
VEST (WITH SLITTED BACK) - ZARA
SKORT - ZARA
SHOES - CONVERSE
NECKLACE - PRIMARK
SUNGLASSES - PRIMARK
WATCH - MICHAEL KORS
BAG - LONGCHAMP
Have a wonderful day, <3

MIXING WHITE & ORANGE | OOTD

07:50 B 21 Comments

I have literally a week left in Thailand until I return back to the UK!  And (finally), I have enough time to sit down and make a quick update on my blog!
I'm really into 'white' this season, probably because of the fact that when you wear white, your skin looks darker (I LOVE being tanned!) and the sun doesn't absorb into your skin during the hot summer days!  *Avoid being sweaty as much as possible - haha!
The weight limit of my suitcase was limited, when I travelled between London and Milan.  Therefore, I couldn't take my whole wardrobe with me.  So mix and matching was very important!
As you may know, I like shooting at different locations when it comes to my outfit posts.  I just feel that theres more to say, more story to share to my readers, as fashion shouldn't be kept as a secret.  I can't imagine myself shooting my outfits at the same spot every single time.  Plus, I feel that it gives my readers a clear image of what I really do wear on my regular basis.
As you can see above, I look ever so happy when it comes to food!  I've visited Amorino gelato store in covent garden for almost every single day (no wonder why the staffs remembers me)!  The presentation of the ice-cream looked so pretty, shaped like a flower with five petals where you can mix up to five flavours of your choice!  If you have never been, please go and try one for yourself!
I finished my day out with a little walk-around, absorbing the beautiful window displays of all the brands, and stocked up some goodies from Victoria's Secret, so I would never run out!
IN THIS OUTFIT:
HAT - H&M
SUNGLASSES - PRIMARK
TOP - PENA HOUSE
SKORT - ZARA
BAG - WAREHOUSE
SHOES - CONVERSE
WATCH - MICHAEL KORS
Have a wonderful day,

Summer Schedule; Fashion styling #2 Milan

13:22 B 19 Comments

As promised, here is a little preview of my trip in Milan, Italy!
I had an amazing time there, but the weather was extremely hot!  It would be difficult not to cool myself down with a gelato (an italian-style ice-cream) per each day.  As a girl, it's normal for me to worry a little bit about my weight, so on some days I stuck with fruity cream/fat-free flavours!  The most popular flavour in most gelato shops was pistachio; the blended nuts mixed with cream tasted so damn good!  One thing I miss the most about Milan was hanging out until sunset at the Duomo square!  Where all the shops and the cathedral lit up, and many people out socialising at the bars!
It's definitely one of the place to be if you're a big spender, or just wanting to absorb how the italians matches their Versace accessories with their classic Prada bags!  I wish I could of stayed there a little bit longer than two weeks, as there were still a few more things and amazing opportunities that has been offered to me that I'd love to do!
I've met and worked with so many amazing people, such as fashion designer Silvio Betterelli, who was an absolute star of a tutor! As well as all of his assistants, all the models, make-up artists and photographer who worked so well with us for our projects.  And special thanks to the editor of +Elle Italia magazine for giving us an insightful presentation about the industry during his visit, and all of the press office team that given me the opportunity to have an exclusive pass to the place where all the fashion stylists must go to for an important occasion!
I've had an unforgettable experience, which I will be taking along my life journey,
Have a wonderful day,
and follow your dream! <3
